About this project.
Kitchen:

In this clients’ kitchen we were working towards achieving a symmetrical look.

We incorporated a broom cabinet on each end, along with a 36″ wide appliance pantry with drawers at the bottom. In which we did a custom built-in spice rack in the top drawer.

We left the walls empty  on either side of the range hood to provide a good balance between positive and negative space. Strengthening the symmetrical look.

For the island and hood accents we chose a darker stained rustic oak to bring in some warmth to the space.

Ensuite:

In their ensuite the clients selected a moody sophisticated tile to be incorporated around the tub and shower. For the cabinetry they selected a warm “chicory” stain on alder wood to give some warmth to the space.

The clients chose gold finishes on the door hardware and faucets, along with bright white quartz countertops.

All of these factors play an important role by rooting the overall aesthetic in a contemporary design, while remaining warm and comfortable.
