Two-Tone Kitchen Cabinetry

The island features Merit “Lonsdale” solid maple doors painted Haze, creating a soft, refined contrast against the darker surfaces.

The perimeter cabinetry also uses Merit “Lonsdale” solid maple doors painted Haze, paired with Sepia stain on solid oak. This mix of painted maple and stained oak gives the kitchen depth, warmth, and visual balance.

Kitchen Island Design

The expansive 10 1/2 foot island was designed as both a functional workspace and a central feature within the kitchen.

Custom 3-inch wide columns on each end give the island the feel of a standalone furniture piece, adding detail and presence to the open-concept layout.

Quartz Countertops

The island is finished with Cambria “Blackbrook,” creating a bold surface that anchors the centre of the kitchen.

The perimeter countertops feature Silestone “Tebas Black,” continuing the dark countertop palette and enhancing the contrast with the lighter cabinetry.

Custom Range Hood Canopy

A unique focal point in this kitchen is the custom range hood canopy, which was expertly crafted and finished by the client.

This detail adds a personal touch while tying into the overall custom design of the space.
